Thanks for this great info. My husband and I are planning this hike in Sept. 2011. I get vertigo, so am trying to train to the point that that does not happen while in mile 7 of Kalalau trail. Any suggestions?

I LOVE Dr. Bronner’s and take it camping/traveling everywhere. They do have other scents like lavender and calendula, which helps avoid the “crotch tingle”, which I also have experienced from wanting clean parts and being over zealous/forgetful of the effects…..
